Dear Casa Hispana community,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to Ernesto Gonzalez for over 30 years of service to our community and for impacting the lives of those we serve.

As we embark on a new chapter, we are excited to announce that the search for our next Executive Director is now open. This presents an incredible opportunity for someone passionate about our cause to lead Casa Hispana into its future. We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced leader who can continue to advance our mission, build upon past successes, and steer our organization toward even greater accomplishments.

We are confident that there are exceptional candidates within the Fox Cities community who possess the skills and attributes necessary for this vital role. Position Summary: Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for coordinating the organization’s core programs, operations, and strategic foresight. The Executive Director is tasked with creating a positive environment in Casa Hispana and engaging with people from diverse cultures. They will provide leadership and stability to the organization and be attentive to the needs, opportunities, and challenges of the Hispanic/Latinx population in Northeast Wisconsin. The Executive Director will coordinate with the LEAVEN/Casa Hispana Bilingual Resource Coordinator and supervise committee chairs, and a growing number of community volunteers. The Executive Director develops organizational strategy, sound practices, and supportive relationships, both internally and externally, resulting in cooperative and effective collaborations that further the mission of Casa Hispana.
